Registration Fee: one time, non-refundable payment of $175 to hold your child's spot until their first day. This will be due after the meet and great and before the orientation will be scheduled.
Deposit Fee: due annually, within a week of signing the contract - one week's tuition of $280. If your child stays enrolled in the program for the entire year, this will pay for their last week of programming for the school year. If your child leaves before the last week of programming, this fee is non-refundable
Weekly Tuition: due each Friday for the following week of programming - $280 each week. Payments will run weekly starting Friday, August 23rd 2024 - Friday, May 16th 2025. The fee stays the same each week, regardless of days of programming attended.
- Families are allowed to pay in advance at any point in time
- If a child's account is not current, they will not be allowed into programming the following Monday
Exceptions:
* Planned absences of one full week: If a family has a planned absence of a week, they are allowed to pay a $100 holding fee for that week instead of the weekly tuition rate. A planned absence must be discussed and arranged with at least a two weeks notice given. Each family is allowed one week per school year at this rate.
* Last week of programming - no fees, it is covered by the deposit
Late Payment Fees: $20/day - starting at 5:30 pm on each Friday. A child will not be able to attend programming until the payment and late fees have been made in full.
Late Pick-Up Fees: The program pick-up is between 3:35-3:45 with after care ending at 5:15 pm. The late fee starts at 3:46 pm or 5:16 pm. The fee is $1 per minute. An additional $5 will be added each 15 minutes that you are late. If you are past 45 minutes late, the charge is $100 for the first event. If you are more than 45 minutes late, more than once, the contract will be terminated.
* Emily's Early Learning Adventures does not offer a sliding scale or scholarship opportunities due to the small size of the program. The private pay allows for less children and more individualized care, which will help children grow and develop to their highest potential. The weekly rate includes the cost of food, supplies, materials, insurance, and technology needed for the year. It works out to be less than $8/hour for the hours that your child will be in actual programming.
