Steps for enrollment:

1. Fill out the form below to briefly introduce yourself and ask for an application 

2. The application will be emailed to you for you to fill out and submit 

3. The application will then be reviewed and you will hear back from me about the next steps for your family within 2-3 business days

4. If program seems to be a good fit, a time to meet in-person will be scheduled at Emily's ELA, to tour and answer any questions. If both parties are interested in moving forward (and there are openings) the registration fee of $175 will be due before the orientation is scheduled. 

5. If there are open spaces, an orientation will be scheduled in order to go over policies, schedules, expectations, and to sign the contract. The deposit payment of $280 will be due within 7 days of signing the contract. If not received, the placement will be opened back up. 

      * If there are no open spaces, the family has the option of being placed on a first come, first serve waitlist.
